Hilary Duff was born September 28, 1987 in Houston, Texas. At a young age, Hilary studied Cecchetti ballet. Her first performance was with her sister Haylie in the Nutcracker with the Columbus BalletMet. Her first big role was in Casper Meets Wendy where she was the first live-action Wendy. After that success, Hilary was cast as the title character in the Disney television series Lizzie McGuire. Lizzie and Hilary were instant hits!
